Habs sign F Johansson to 1-year deal (AP)
The Montreal Canadiens have signed Swedish forward Mikael Johansson to a one-year contract. The 23-year-old Johansson signed as a free agent, agreeing to terms on a two-way contract with Montreal after spending the past four seasons with Farjestads BK Karlstad of the Swedish Elite League. The 5-foot-10 center had six goals and a team-high 28 assists in 49 regular-season games.
